NorthStar Pet Rescue made a trip to Texas recently and when they met sweet BeeGee, they could not leave him behind. BeeGee is currently in foster in New Jersey. He is around 2-3 years old and a nice medium size at only 30 pounds. He is a good mix of playful and couch potato.  

We’re not sure what happened to Beegee in his past but he is a little bit timid around men and may take a few days to warm up but once he does he will never leave your side! Beegee is completely housetrained and crate trained. He has had his toe amputated so he does not get full function of one of his front legs but he does not let that stop him! He is happy to go on a long walk or to just lay on the couch with you watching movies all day.

Beegee would do best in a quieter home with someone who is patient with him and gives him the time he needs to warm up and trust you. He is very smart and loyal and just looking for his forever person!

Beegee can be selective with other dogs but can get along with the right dog in the right setting. He is currently in foster with another dog and they do well together.
